After finishing his pre-apprenticeship training with Constructing Hope in Winter 2024, he found an interest in exploring residential construction trades. Andre successfully completed the first cohort of Earth Advantage’s HERO Academy, specializing in Ductless Heat Pump Installation in January 2026! He is currently looking for an entry-level position in heat pump installation in the Portland area, while looking into completing relevant certifications.
