Come join us at the Residential Construction Career Day, where the next generation of emerging residential construction professionals can learn about careers in the sustainable trades, connect with industry leaders, access career support and scholarships, and learn how to apply for upcoming training program opportunities.

Hosted by Earth Advantage in collaboration with our network of partners, this quarterly event series brings together emerging talent, mentors, contractors, and industry leaders to strengthen pathways into high-demand, future-focused residential careers.

Here, participants will:

• Discover in-demand career pathways in residential and energy-efficient construction, including Home Retrofit, New Construction, HVAC & Heat Pumps, and Energy Rating & Auditing
• Meet industry leaders in their trades who are actively shaping the future of sustainable housing
• Learn about certifications and advanced training opportunities that can accelerate your career
• Build connections and leave with a clear, personalized next-step plan

Career Day is open to pre-apprenticeship graduates, emerging professionals, and anyone interested in learning about careers in sustainable building and energy efficiency. If you’re exploring a career in residential construction or preparing for your next step, Career Day is designed for you.
