Residential Construction Career Day

The Residential Construction Career Day provides a space for the next generation of emerging residential construction professionals to learn about careers in the sustainable trades, connect with industry leaders, access career support and scholarships, and learn how to apply for upcoming training program opportunities.

Hosted by Earth Advantage in collaboration with our network of partners, this event series brings together emerging talent, mentors, and industry leaders to strengthen pathways into high-demand, future-focused residential careers.

Here, participants will:

• Discover in-demand career pathways in residential and energy-efficient construction, including Home Retrofit, New Construction, HVAC & Heat Pumps, and Energy Rating & Auditing
• Meet industry leaders in their trades who are actively shaping the future of sustainable housing
• Learn about trainings, certifications, training programs, and scholarship opportunities that can accelerate your career
• Build connections and leave with a personalized career plan

Career Day is open to pre-apprenticeship graduates and emerging professionals interested in learning about careers in residential construction and energy efficiency.
