Construction Training Programs for New Workers
Would you like to help create healthier homes and stronger communities? Consider a career in construction! Earth Advantage offers an introductory course through partner programs that prepare new workers for good paying careers in sustainable construction.
These programs are state-certified pre-apprenticeship programs that provide introductory construction skills, safety, and tool use, job site expectations, and foundational math and monetary skills. They also offer assistance to their participants with career counseling, job placement, and some wrap around services such as assistance with transit and child care.

Constructing Hope
Constructing Hope offers a free 10-week construction and life-skills pre-apprenticeship training program with support services to low-income adults, people of color, and those coming from incarceration.
